The Nine Columbia offers fully-furnished USC apartments, combining bedroom furniture, living room pieces, kitchen finishes, and in-unit appliances in one cohesive layout. Each space comes move-in ready, so residents don’t have to purchase or transport furniture to Columbia at the start of the semester. For students coming from out of state, transferring to USC, or signing a lease with new roommates, having furniture already in place simplifies the move-in process and keeps the focus on settling into classes rather than assembling and arranging an entire apartment.

Bedroom and Study Setup
Each bedroom includes a full-size bed, desk, and chair, creating a defined sleep and study arrangement within the floor plan. Closet space is positioned within the bedroom layout for clothing and storage.
Living Room Features
The living area includes a couch and a media center equipped with a 55” 4K TV. The setup creates a central gathering spot for streaming, game days, or shared downtime. In select units, barstools are positioned along the kitchen counter to add additional seating.
Kitchen Finishes and Appliances
Stainless steel appliances are installed within the kitchen, paired with custom cabinetry that provides upper and lower storage. The cabinetry lines the walls and frames the appliance layout, keeping prep and storage areas organized. Wood-style flooring extends throughout the apartment, creating a continuous surface from the living area into the kitchen.
In-Unit Laundry
Each apartment includes a washer and dryer located within the unit. The machines are positioned inside a designated laundry space within the floor plan, keeping laundry routines contained inside the apartment.
